At Moisture Me Organic, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched
  • To cancel an order, contact us at moisturemeorganic@gmail.com with your order details
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch may be treated as returns

Refund for Physical Products

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact
  • Damaged or defective products may be returned immediately upon delivery
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (5-10 additional business days)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Products with broken seals (hygiene/safety items)

How to Request a Refund

  3. If approved, follow the return instructions (for physical products)
